Friendly employees who always seem happy to see the Customers. Products are tailored to men. Casual atmosphere without pressure.
I don’t always go to the same Sportsclip, this time I stopped in the Newbury Park location, Cassy was my stylist, not the first time she has cut my hair but always the best person I have come across for a haircut at SC’s
Very friendly
Cut this time was just fair. Did not follow past notes to use a '3' on my sides. Just wet cut it and was not short enough.
Worst haircut every. The stylist was jamming the razor into my skull and when I asked her to go a little easier, she said I haven’t been getting the haircut I’ve asked for for years because that how you’re supposed to do it. Never coming back
Friendly and professional
Good atmosphere, great service. My barber Rob was friendly, and understood the exact new style I wanted. He executed perfectly, and gave me a great cut that got me all kinds of compliments. Will definitely be returning!

Hair cut wasn't so hot. High turn over of personnel makes it hard to get someone you like and stick with them. Never really know what I'm getting, and for a $35 MVP deal, I expect a lot more.
First time being there!! Coming from a small town in Illinois I walked in to find out wait time
Waited and waited with No explanation from anyone that I had to ‘sign in’ Cut was fine but not everyone that comes in has been there before . To me after acknowledgment of customer the first question should be have you been here before.

I liked Kristin. First time and I will come back and get my hair done by her again. The shop itself isn't all that great. Kind of cluttered but as long as I get a good cut, I really don't care that much about anything else. Think next time I will try the MVP.
When checking out, your computer monitor made me comite to something that gave me no choice but to donate to a charity , it was the only way check out...🤷🏼♂️, the rest of the experience was great!!! Fix the way customers pay and give them choices obviously..
While the stylist was friendly and quick, he did charge me for an MVP cut ($28), when all I had done was a normal hair cut. A little bit shady...
Won't be going back there again!
Take their time on cutting hair correctly.

I have the MVP Pass for prepurchased MVP haircuts. I did not receive the full MVP experience, just a basic haircut. Very disappointed with the lady that cut my hair and her lack of knowledge of the MVP full-service experience.
I have never received anything but competent and friendly service at an affordable price.

Nikki provided amazing service. She reccomended me body moisturizer for my dry scalp. Also, Nikki cut my hair quickly in around fifteen minutes.
Robert is a great stylist. He always listens and offers suggestions. and he makes my hair looks sharp.
