I got a coupon for the Newbury Park, CA Sport Clips (715 Wendy Drive), so I went and got a haircut. It was a really good one. The barber's name is Robert. Excellent barber. Really knew what he was doing, great interaction with the customer (me), and left me looking forward to coming back soon. Give him some kind of an acknowledgment. He's an ACE -- and besides that, a real gentleman!
I gave the lady a tip for my haircut but when my boyfriend paid for my haircut with his credit card the computer did not minis the top for my hair cut so we paid her in tips twice
Your employees seem to be specialists and are very personable. Did a very good job with my hair and held an attentive conversation as she was cutting. It was a very well done and recommendable experience.
She worked really well with my 6 year old. He loved his hear cut that we left with.
Nikki did a great job on the MVP experience. My wife said it’s better haircut then where I normally go and my daughter agreed. Sorry ladies ;-)
I get a very simple haircut but I have had other places mess it up. Sports clips has never messed up a haircut for me. They know what they are doing.

I have been coming to Sport Clips in Newbury Park, Ca on and off since they have opened, usually I get the MVP. Each time the experience has been average to slightly above average depending on the stylist. However, the only reason I am giving this feedback is because of the most recent stylist I was fortunate enough to have. Nicole or 'Nikki' was professional, gave a great cut and an amazing MVP experience. I hope this gets back to her and/or her managers so they understand that Nicole is delivering on your brand what I believe all your employees should strive towards.
The only reason I didn't give a 10 on recommendation is that I likely won't be able to have Nicole as my stylist on each visit, and the 9 is in the hopes that I will.
Caseya was friendly and professional. She gave me the best cut I've ever had. I'll definitely be requesting her for future appointments.
