Great service just feel like the price has increased to an amount that’s significantly higher then competitors

Quick, easy and quality.
Loved the stylist. She was really nice. But I got charged for an MVP cut and received none of the services. I only went and sat down for 15 mins (maybe?) got a haircut, and then checked out. No hair wash, hot towel, nothing. Should have only been $18, but didn’t want to make a big deal because stylist did the best she could by herself while others were waiting. Should NOT only have one person there to help customers in the afternoon. Will not be returning.
Front of my hair cut just ended up in a way I don’t like. Disappointed with how much I paid for a haircut I’m not happy with.
Your prices are a bit more than some competitors, but the sports clips location is more convenient for me.

The guy was really nice but the haircut really wasn't that good. We were there over a year ago and the same thing happened with someone different. I don't think your stylist are well trained.
Price is way too high for the service you receive and your hair stylists are not that great.
The staff are always professional and friendly. Nothing ever feels forced (conversations/products) and my hair always looks and feels great afterwards. The store is always welcoming and the MVP is very relaxing. Nikki is great and her product recommendations have made my hair feel significantly healthier than before. I've been coming to this location for years and I don't see myself ever going elsewhere.

Website was down to sign in online, so I called to ask about it and wasn't given any help to try and get my name on the list. Showed up, was third on the list, and waited for over an hour, which is fine, but there just wasn't much communication until it came our turn to find out that one of the stylists wasn't feeling well.
I don’t like the fact that in order to not wait a ton of time now , one has to reserve on line . Hate it
Reasonably priced, Robert gave me a good haircut the way I asked

This particular stylist has difficulty following requests for second consecutive time. Will make point to avoid him in future

My stylist did an excellent job and the price is more than fair.
Both stylists there had virtually nothing to say the whole time. Very little personality. My son and i both got haircuts that night and both left with little hairs all over our faces. They styled my hair before i left which was nice but once i got home and took a shower i had to go thru my hair with trimmers and fix a whole bunch of problems.
The haircut discription I gave was followed to a T.
Ease of Check in. Consistency of barbers. Speed of service.
Your stylist Luis cut my child’s hair line un even and totally crooked twice in the same cut !
Didn’t even print out the receipt of the visit prior for reference ?
Caked my child’s hair with pomade to the point where a comb couldn’t pass through it
And then had to wash it out and then HE HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE US FOR IT ????
We didn’t ask for gel and didn’t even ask to wash it out ?
I am not sure what’s going on there over the last few months but your service with clients is horrible and many mothers in my PTA and women groups have said the same things
My husband was told that the last person to cut my child’s hair did it wrong and the last person who cut my child’s hair was Robert one of your employees
( whom by the way is outstanding and my reason for continuing to use sport clips )
But employee bad mouthing one another in front of clients is unacceptable in my book
Needless to say I am completely disappointed and completely Dissatisfied with my visit !!!!!

Better stylists. Disappointed with haircut. Seemed to have been rushed and just spot cutting with no systematic way of cutting hair. Uneven in many places.
Nicole was great. Will definitely keep coming back. Happy with my cut. And really enjoyed the experience. Especially the mvp hair wash and massage.
