Robert is really great at what he does; he’s the reason I come back and request him exclusively to cut my hair. He knows what he’s doing and knows how to cut my hair the way I like it. He’s also really great with the other clientel—even small kids.

You have way too much turnover. Many times I have I have been disappointed to find my then favorite stylist gone. I am very happy now to say that Robert, my current favorite and charter member of your shop, is now working full time.
A bit pricey. I'd expect about 10% less for standard haircut.
My hair looks weird. I said not to cut top and she said she had to, to make it even, now its too short and looks weird.;
