Great haircut with great service, $29 with a measly $4 tip for a good haircut is something I find absurd. Had only a few inches trimmed off and the result is as requested only complaint is the high prices !

Haircut great. Chaotic because computer had problems and no one there to show two ladies how to fix. The two who knew had left and supposedly both went to the bank. Took 20 minutes longer to get my haircut than needed.
Check in service is a great feature, and stylists are always professional and friendly. However, it seems the issues with my hair (too long sideburns, uneven bangs, etc.) that I have brought up don't ever get exactly resolved.

Never tried the product but the service was amazing!! I will be returning next time I start to get a little shaggy! Great customer service by the staff which made for a very nice experience!

While waiting, there is reading material. A display board indicates your place and wait time in the queue. The ladies (and occasionally a man) are personable and each has an interesting story to tell. They cut my hair quickly and neatly. And generally, I can get in and out in a reasonable period of time.
Janine at the Newbury Park branch was great. Can't recommend her more highly.
Friendly, professional and fast service. Prices are reasonable. Would love kids prices though.

The concept and its environment are fun. The place is always kept clean and ready for customers. The extra services offered are great on occasion . Butt the biggest draw are the Newbury Park staff. They do an excellent job and they are always welcoming and energized.
I have been three times now for a haircut and every time it has ben a great experience. Super nice staff, very professional and quality haircut.
