Location, hours, availability of competent employees and price
Good quality haircut, short wait, good staff who remember me, the MVP is a nice treat, good price
I take my 12 year old there. This is the first time the hair came out bad. It’s totally uneven in the back and i didn’t notice it until we got him. I’m not sure how to correct it. Not even gel will help. I paid $24 plus a $5 tip and will have to pay more to have it fixed. Super bummed.
I’ve asked to have my preferences (regarding hair style and clipper number) updated 3 times... still no update...
It is easy to schedule an appointment, and the free monthly neck and side trim is perfect for an older guy!

Add the ability to book an appointment before your stylist arrives at work. Don't forget to add capability of text notification if they call in sick for that scheduled appointment so you don't show up and they're not there.
Very fresh atmosphere. For a good haircut
Nikki is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She has been cutting my hair now for about three or four months, and has been helping me prepare for my wedding. There isn't anyone else I would trust with my haircuts, she is an incredible asset to the Sports Clips team.

The person that cut my hair did a great job and remembers me.
I spent $37 on a haircut and have to go some where else for them to finish it. She did not cut my neck line, and when she showed me the back, she did not show me that part. Also, she didn't cut anything off the top even though I asked for a trim.
Even though I checked in online, and I arrived 3 or 4 minutes after the target arrival time, the stylist had already taken a new customer before I arrived. Even though I was waiting in the store, and was showing on the board waiting for the stylist I selected, after she finished the haircut, she spent 10 minutes cleaning up, starting a load of towels, and then sitting down to check messages on her phone. So, instead of arriving at a time that I thought I should have no wait time, I had to wait over half an hour, and only got taken back for my cut after I waved down the stylist checking her messages.
Great shop, friendly barbers not much to improve. You could add incentives, after a certain number off haircuts, the next one is free.

I don`t like to be asked, can we GIVE you a shampoo with the cut. And then be charged for it. GIVE implies something WAY DIFFERENT!!

Your manager is very rude and short with people, my kids love going there and I don’t think we will return. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience with this manager/ stylist. We had to go back after she butchered one of my kids basic hair cut. She is not a people person and is in a business that you should be a people person? Almost seems like she doesn’t like her job or people?
