Stylist just gave me a horrible haircut. After she attempted to fade in the sides of my hair, she then went guardless to get the edges around my ear, which is fine. But then she went guardless and tried to fix some of my fade and totally messed up and just went with a 1 guard above my ear, which starkly stopped at a 2 guard behind my ear. Worse haircut ever.
They were fast and we felt safe.

I dropped my dad, a senior, off for a MVP at the location on Wendy in Newbury Park for his first ever haircut at Sport Clips. Pam said she would take great care of him. I went out and came back in around 10 Min. and he was already done. I paid $26.00 plus a $4.00 tip. On the way home I asked how he liked all the attention and found out that all he got was a regular haircut, no shampoo, no hot towel, no massage so needless to say he has no interest in going back and I will never return so you lost 2 customers that day.
Nice hairdressers
Hair stylist are friendly, love the on line appointment it works great. The cut is for the most part is perfect. There has been a couple of times it wasn’t what I expected but for as often o use them I can expect a couple of the cuts not to be what I had expected.

You are what you are, a low cost, non-appointment, service salon, not premiere hair salon and therefore you do not provide that level of cut nor is it expected. I get what I pay for and am satisfied, no more no less.
