I was charger $55 for a trim for my son and a very small trim for myself. Either we were over charged or sport clips is way to expensive. I’ll go back to great clips where a hair cut is $15

Got the free haircut from the American Red Cross on a timely basis and was able to use it. I delayed my haircut until I donated to the Red Cross and received the coupon.

Robert, at the Newbury Park store, is the best at cutting my hair. Other stylists are ok; but Robert knows well what he is doing.

Now that California is allowing some business to re open. Maybe try and use technology to your advantage.
Text, emails etc letting customer know the stores are back open. And if you’re in a county that doesn’t allow in person maybe letting people know that there stylist is at another location that is open.

Very straight forward offering, and I do like that they keep records of your previous hair cuts / styles - although the information in there was wrong, it's a smart way to use technology!
The girl who cut my sons hair did a horrible job. And was very inappropriate . Also was talking about assassinating our president. She also charged him for a MVP which HE DIID NOT GET! Horrible CRAZY experience.

Not being a sports fan didn't care for the TV in my face with the game. Also stylist charged me full rate instead of senior but will give me a discount next time. She didn't spend as much time on my hair as the first time I went to Sports Clips.

Easy, friendly, convenient and works with my schedule.
At my local Sport Clips Robert and Nikki are the best and should get promotions. Robert does the best fades and is the only professional barber in the area. Nikki is amazing and always supper helpful and professional.
Friendliness of the staff, quality and service during the actual haircutting process, and ease of making appointments. Although the app's estimated time is kinda inaccurate with the time going up and down making it difficult to time exactly when the best time to show up is.
Have a better rewards program.
