MVP service
Thanks for the Veterans Day comped haircut
Jeannine gave me a fabulous haircut. After being in lockdown for 8 months, I decided to venture out and take a chance. The place was immaculately clean -- with masks and the whole thing. Jeannine and Nikki, the manager, made me feel welcomed and comfortable, and it was an all-around great experience.
Robert is the bast.
Love my barber, Robert. Prices are fair. The online checkin is great (Although the app wasn’t working yesterday)

Good cuts, reasonable price
Went there with my 12 year old son. The manager tried to get him to upgrade to an MVP without asking me. She cut his hair for maybe five minutes. Then she handed him a bottle of shampoo and told him he needed it. Again, without saying anything to me. My personal haircut and stylist, who was pregnant, were great. I would see her again, and can’t say enough good things about her. However, I’ve been here several times since this location opened, but this place has changed since the new manager took over a couple of years ago. Trying to convince clients to get an “MVP” and selling hair product now take priority over haircuts. I won’t be going back, primarily because of the way my 12 year old son was tested.
Haircut was great felt very safe while being there getting my haircut. I’m very glad that the store is open again
Rob has given me 6 haircuts so far and he continues to outdo himself on each haircut! I love how clean his fades are and how he knows just how to texture or style thick hair like mine. I will continue to go to Rob for any of my barber needs. He is a stand out guy, always super interactive and enthusiastic with his clients.
The hospitality and attention to detail.
Your hairstylists. We have seen Robert for a long time because we can always count on a good cut whether it's a new style or not. And other stylists we have had including Nikki are also good at what they do.
Appointments online, reduces or eliminates wait time
Whomever does my hair, has a template with the past directions. Again, if you added a picture feature, your stylists would have a visual, just saying, again.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! From the start a wonderful employee named Kerra took care of me and my hair. I have been to multiple barbers & this store in particular was absolutely fantastic. With my positive energy, Kerra was sincerely able to match my energy which overall gave me a great experience throughout the cut. I ended up with THE BEST haircut & braids I’ve ever gotten from anyone! I congratulate her and her hard work! THANK YOU KERRA for seeing the best in people like myself even though some customers decide to give YOU the worst experience at your job. We need great people like you! & there are not much around. THANK YOU!

Your webpage says a Varsity haircut for a senior is $17. I was charged $25 and didn't notice at the time, but I checked my email receipt and realized the difference so I called the store. I was told that the price had changed, but the website had not been updated. In fairness I didn't mention that I was a senior, but it's in my profile so I would have expected her to provide the discount since she looked up my preferences. The quality of the cut there is spotty but I'm willing to live with it at a lower price, but not for $25 plus tip.
