The time before, I had received a bad hair cut. The sides were cut way too short and I looked like a porcupine for weeks until it finally grew out. I explained this to the person when I was called for my cut. She took extra time to see exactly what I was upset about and how she could cut it to avoid the same problem. My hair came out great and I am very satisfied with this hair cut.

I have been using SportClips for two years and have always had a positive experience. The have on the computer how I like my hair done and I don't have to explain at each visit. I like to comb my own hair at the finish and they let me do it my way and then if an additional little trimming is needed, it is done.
