Great hair cut
My son had Viktoria who was amazing! She took her time. Gave a cut like the picture my son wanted and made recommendations based on his hair type. She was very patient with my 8 year old and pampered him with MVP style. She's a terrific employee and the store had a wonderful atmosphere.

Stylist is very friendly and does a great job. While I didn't do the MVP on this visit, I have done it in the past and really enjoy it.
There are issues with your online booking because it doesn't allow you to book in a timeframe - for example, if you are trying to book and there is no one there, you only have a few minutes to get to the location. For online booking, you should be able to book an appointment with a time understanding that it will be plus or minus 10 minutes.
While it is great that the stylists clean the floor after their customer, I find that there is a lot of wasted time and customers could be serviced faster.

How friendly everyone was
I brought my sons in and what was helpful was the "batting order' to know how long it would be and how many others were ahead of us. It was also great to see 4 or 5 stylists working on a Sunday. The boys loved watching TV as they had their hair cuts!

I've been in to see Dora multiple times for a cut, MVP and a beard trim. She always does a great job and that's what keeps me coming back to her. Her tools are always sharp and she is polite and thorough. She helps me get a great cut working with me on what I want but also making some great suggestions.
Overall Dora is great and so is Sports Clips!

Awesome service Krista the store manager always takes her time and never rushes came in on Saturday just before her shift ended and she cut mine and my dads would highly recommend coming here for haircuts and the VIP experience is awesome

I lived that Dora took a few high level ideas my son had and translated him into a cut that looks great on him and is modern and cool.
Hubby loves this place. He hates getting haircuts but enjoys going to your "sportsbar" type facility. We like that we can see the waiting time. Sports on TV, hot towels and pampering...what more could a guy ask for??!
