However, there was a problem during my recent visit.I arrived on time, 5 minutes before my estimated time, signed in, and was #2 on the board with an estimated wait time of 5 minutes. Another gentlemen was then taken, and two more customers arrived. The next time I looked at the board, I was #3 (should have been #1), with an estimated wait time of 23 minutes, which would have been about 30 minutes after my arrival! The gentleman who was now #1 realized that I was there first and agreed to let me go next, despite the head stylist saying that they only went by what was on the board. I don't know how it happened, but your booking software needs to be fixed so this kind of thing doesn't happen.
