It starts with the easy phone app allowing me to book an appointment the moment I think about it. Usually the estimated wait time is less than the travel time so that means no waiting when I arrive. The staff are fabulous. The automated booking system provides them with my preferences, so when I sit down they ask me to confirm and then get to it. Always friendly conversations. The MVP is something I do occasionally and always enjoy it.
Great service at a good price - can't beat it. Convenient locations in the west end of the city with local ownership investing in my community.
