I like being able to check in online and knowing when to be there. I like the price and senior discount. I go to the HB shop on Beach and Kieu does a great job.
Kieu does an awesome job with my hair, she’s friendly and attentive - I always feel like she’s focused on my haircut while I’m in the chair, she’s not distracted with her phone or other things in the business. Love the appointment feature to check in on the website, saves me from longer waits in the shop during busy periods.
