Don't love the on-line check in. Frequently indicates that you have made the appointment and then when you arrive to check-in, you are not on the board. Then you have to get back in line.

The hair cut was great but the VIP service was never offered , not sure if she just didn't feel like it or there was some other reason. Pretty sure I was charge for it thought. I need to learn to speak up more.
