Friendly knowable staff. Amazing facility, bright, organized and clean. I love that I can watch my dogs play and interact on the screen and app. Staff is experienced, educated and caring towards the dogs, they truly enjoy what they do and where they work
I was there for meet and greets for my two dogs, so I was waiting in the lobby for a little while. It was pretty busy and I was amazed at how the gals at the front desk all knew not only which owners belonged to which dogs before they came in, but they even recognized their cars and were calling back for the right dogs before the owners were even in the building! And the gals at the desk are very well trained to handle concerned pet parents, which I also witnessed when one called to check on their pup during her first day at daycare. I am very impressed so far with Dogtopia! I’m boarding mine there on a few days.
