Professional and friendly

We started sending Oliver to daycare in the middle of covid to help with socialization and getting some variety in his exercise. We have nothing bad to say about the staff, facility etc. Jordan and Haley have been so friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we have. It is very evident that every staff member loves the dogs like their own. I know that daycare is one of Oliver's favorite places. We can not say the word daycare if he's not going because he goes to the door and gets excited thinking we are headed out! We appreciate everyone at Dogtopia so much. Thank you for loving Oliver like we would when we are at work!

I like how they have separate rooms for dogs based on size and temperament, and how a staff member is always in one of the rooms. Every staff member that has interacted with my dog has something nice and new to say about her, and she loves them all. The lobby and rooms are kept very clean, and don’t smell like wet dog.

Our dog has been there 3 times now for a bath and nail clip. Always great friendly service, happy dog😁

I like that the dogs can play all day and nap when needed and aren't stressed out when they need to go release themselves. But the bonus is that I can get on my phone and watch them anytime I need to see my little Double Doodle Rocky!

Dogtopia staff is always friendly and kind to my dog. It is very clean and smells good! They are always accommodating when I need to make adjustments to our reservation. Overall, they make it easy to leave my dog in their care and I don't worry about her while I am away.

The facility is fantastically clean. I love the webcam, especially because I can see how well my dogs are treated by the staff. I wish there were more affordable options for half days.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We like the webcams so we can check in on our dog while we're away. Our dog loves the interaction with other dogs and we are comfortable that she is being watched and taken care of during the day when she's there. The tour we got during our meet and greet was so nice to be able to see all of the facility and offerings at this Dogtopia location.

The staff is very friendly. Love that I can check up on my dogs when they’re at Dogtopia! Our dogs are always excited to go there and still happy when we pick them up!

Our pets get excellent care, and each one is treated special. When I drop my dog off the employees are always happy with a smile, and seem to genuinely love each dog. I love the webcam so I can check on my dog at anytime to see how he is and it seems like there is always someone in the room with them. Everyone is very knowledgeable and genuine. Can clearly tell everyone loves the dogs and are always making sure the dogs are happy and healthy. I have only gotten through the meet and greet and let my pup play for the rest of the evening, but every single staff member was so nice and helpful. Could not recommend this place more! My pup loved being able to play with the other dogs and wonderful staff, and he was so tuckered out when he got home. Can’t wait to drop him off for another exciting day with his new friends!!
