Dogtopia must have really smart hiring strategies, because the staff members who care for the dogs are absolutely WONDERFUL! They pay close attention to all of the dogs' well-being. Our Golden has some special health concerns and we know we can always count on Dogtopia to let us know if they notice anything out of the ordinary. The facility is kept spotlessly clean. The workers encourage play and movement, so the pups get lots of exercise, interaction, and stimulation. Every single time we have logged into the webcams in the nearly 6 years we've taken our dog there, we have invariably seen the workers giving lots of TLC to the dogs in their care. We love the flexibility of being able to drop our dog off and pick her up at whatever times work best for us on any given day. On occasions when our dog has been away from Dogtopia for medical care, the staff has called us to check on how she's doing! Best of all, the staff members care for each dog with the same attentiveness and love they would give to their own dogs. We know when Bella is at Dogtopia, she is in capable, loving hands. WE LOVE DOGTOPIA!!!!!

I can’t say enough pawsitive things about this daycare! From the moment we walk in, the staff greets my dogs like family. It’s clear they genuinely love and care about every pup that comes through the door.

My dogs come home happy, tired, and well cared for after a full day of play and socialization. I also appreciate how attentive the team is to each dog’s personality and needs—it gives me complete peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands.

The facility is clean, well run, and full of wagging tails. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved, exercised, and treated like part of the pack, this is it. Highly recommend!

The price for kenneling is costly but I like that they let them play all day!
I have not done overnight stays mainly because I don’t think she would do great in a crate at night. We don’t crate her because she gets cramped up and stiff and needs to be able to move around.
That is the only downfall I see about the place.

Your staff loves our dogs!

I especially like the positive interaction between the staff and the dogs. My dog is always happy to go to Dogtopia! The feedback from the staff to the “parent” gives me peace of mind that my dog is well treated.

Everyone is welcoming and easy to talk to. They show an interest in each dog that comes in.

The staff!

The staff at Dogtopia of Eau Claire seem genuinely happy to care for dogs. My dog comes home exhausted from all of the fun he has playing with other dogs and getting love from the staff. Dogtopia does fun activities like Valentine's Day photos, which is a nice touch. If you are looking for a safe place for your dog to get some energy out, Dogtopia is a great option!

The communication

The staff is so friendly! I love the option of checking in on the webcams to watch my dog play. I know he is well taken care of.

I love almost everything about Dogtopia, great staff, they are professional, and they care about our dogs and take very good care of them… What I’m not happy Is I can’t get Pearls spa in the later afternoon.. I love for her to play and then have her spot and then I pick her up to take her home all nice and clean and pampered…

I love the staff's obvious love for the dogs they care for.

I would like more feedback, though, on my dog's day care stay, as far as if she ate her treats, interaction (or lack thereof) with other dogs, etc. It seems every time I get herhome she IMMEDITELY needs to get let outside to "take care of business." she also drinks ALOT of water.

but otherwise, the staff do a great job and I love the "special" days.

The friendly greetings for me and my Dogs! The excitement they show when we pull up to the front of the building. Then when we get inside they have no hesitation about going way inside with their greeter. When I pick them up they're happy! They also smell good, no stinky dog smells. I only wish it was a bit cheaper so I could take them more often but I realize there is a lot of overhead to pay out. Maybe a little better deal bringing two dogs.

Very convenient, I don’t have to worry about my dog at all. He gets so much activity and no longer even needs a bark collar at home. He is a high energy dog that is completely chill after a day at daycare. The workers show much compassion to the dogs. I watch sometimes on the webcam and see them petting and being so kind. I have really been pleased. Alyssa has been amazing. My dog goes almost every day. He loves it

Maggie did an amazing job with Ivy’s groom. She looks fabulous! This was our first time at Dogtopia and we will be back. This is the best she’s ever looked.
