I love everyone here and how loving and caring they are to my pet I just wish they had a full time front desk person somtihrs u call and no one picks up or you stand in the front awhile waiting for someone to come from the back they seem to have to cover all areas perhaps this would be a better system if they had a full time phone and greeter drop off person I have literally recommended this place to many people at dog parks they are amazing with animals and are all very kind I appreciate them all

I had been sending my dog, Alika, for a few months with 2 day/week enrollment but due to some financial problems a couple of months ago I decided to withdraw him. My dog also suffers from some moderate anxiety. About a month and a half after Alikas last visit with dogtopia, I received a call from them and the employees shared how much they missed seeing Alika and offered me a complimentary daycare day. That phone call really showed that they see my dog and care about him and its not “just another dog” to them. Additionally the next day after my dog attended daycare, they called me to ask how his anxiety was since he hasnt gone in awhile and they remembered he previously needed some anxiety medication to handle daycare. Those phone calls show me how much they care about Alika and make me excited to start sending him back once Im in a better financial spot. Additionally they offer spa services and Alika always comes out looking and smelling so fresh. He has a ton of fur but they do an amazing job with him, and almost always give him a cute bandana. Im so grateful for the time and patience dogtopia has given Alika and me.

Staff is great, and you can tell they really care about all of the dogs. I love the idea of bringing my dog to socialize with other dogs during the week. Also, sometimes he acts bored around the house on the weekend so I take him in for a couple of hours -- yes he is spoiled.
Lastly, I like the discount on the boarding. OK, that's not lastly -- this is...do you have a job for me? LOL

The staff at Dogtopia Eau Claire are amazing. They take care of my pups often and my two dogs love going there. The staff is creative in coming up with fun events for the dogs but most importantly they all seem to truly love working here and loving our dogs. I don't know what I would do without this wonderful doggy daycare.

The staff are awesome! They seem to truly care about our babies. They offer great treats and have awesome promotions that make it fun for the dogs.

Dogtopia must have really smart hiring strategies, because the staff members who care for the dogs are absolutely WONDERFUL! They pay close attention to all of the dogs' well-being. Our Golden has some special health concerns and we know we can always count on Dogtopia to let us know if they notice anything out of the ordinary. The facility is kept spotlessly clean. The workers encourage play and movement, so the pups get lots of exercise, interaction, and stimulation. Every single time we have logged into the webcams in the nearly 6 years we've taken our dog there, we have invariably seen the workers giving lots of TLC to the dogs in their care. We love the flexibility of being able to drop our dog off and pick her up at whatever times work best for us on any given day. On occasions when our dog has been away from Dogtopia for medical care, the staff has called us to check on how she's doing! Best of all, the staff members care for each dog with the same attentiveness and love they would give to their own dogs. We know when Bella is at Dogtopia, she is in capable, loving hands. WE LOVE DOGTOPIA!!!!!

I can’t say enough pawsitive things about this daycare! From the moment we walk in, the staff greets my dogs like family. It’s clear they genuinely love and care about every pup that comes through the door.

My dogs come home happy, tired, and well cared for after a full day of play and socialization. I also appreciate how attentive the team is to each dog’s personality and needs—it gives me complete peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands.

The facility is clean, well run, and full of wagging tails. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved, exercised, and treated like part of the pack, this is it. Highly recommend!

The price for kenneling is costly but I like that they let them play all day!
I have not done overnight stays mainly because I don’t think she would do great in a crate at night. We don’t crate her because she gets cramped up and stiff and needs to be able to move around.
That is the only downfall I see about the place.

I especially like the positive interaction between the staff and the dogs. My dog is always happy to go to Dogtopia! The feedback from the staff to the “parent” gives me peace of mind that my dog is well treated.

Everyone is welcoming and easy to talk to. They show an interest in each dog that comes in.

The staff at Dogtopia of Eau Claire seem genuinely happy to care for dogs. My dog comes home exhausted from all of the fun he has playing with other dogs and getting love from the staff. Dogtopia does fun activities like Valentine's Day photos, which is a nice touch. If you are looking for a safe place for your dog to get some energy out, Dogtopia is a great option!

The communication

The staff is so friendly! I love the option of checking in on the webcams to watch my dog play. I know he is well taken care of.

I love almost everything about Dogtopia, great staff, they are professional, and they care about our dogs and take very good care of them… What I’m not happy Is I can’t get Pearls spa in the later afternoon.. I love for her to play and then have her spot and then I pick her up to take her home all nice and clean and pampered…
