Dogtopia takes great care in knowing my dog and my dogs needs. From the minute you walk into the the lobby, they know his name. If there are any concerns, they will call immediately. All the coaches know him, and know what he likes and doesn't like and respects him. He loves going to Dogtopia.

On my initial visit, I had Sarah and Missy to greet me and help me with the paperwork and the app. I was shocked to see my little tour and a half month old dog run around inside the city play yard was such confidence. When I picked her up, I don’t know if she even wanted to come home with me. On her first full day Hanna and Ashley were just as sweet and reassuring. The gals in the play yard handled my timid little gal and made her feel safe and protected. I would highly recommend Dogtopia in McKinney

Was only in for a meet & greet, but I was really pleased with how it went! I was able to observe from the lobby, and appreciated how the staff introduced my dog to the others in the room. Will absolutely be back for day care!
We've only gone for the meet & greet (so far) but the staff was incredibly welcoming (greeted us by name without knowing us yet) and treated my puppy like he was their own.
I feel like I can trust them to keep my puppy safe while he learns how to interact with other dogs. I was nervous to see how he would react to being separated from me for the first time, but their ability to keep him comfortable/happy makes me feel so much better about leaving him in their care.
Ana followed up after his meet & greet with the most adorable picture of my boy! He looked so excited to be there with all his new friends. I love Dogtopia so far!!
We travel often - we also go long trips for 3+ weeks outside the country. My dog seems to like digtopiq McKinney and he seems happy there. He is a very anxious dog and typically stops eating after sometime etc. - but maybe the company of other dogs and playtime - he is happy here.
Every associate was very friendly. The process was quick and easy from drop off, to pick up!

Fantastic staff who loves dogs.
Goodness-so many things. Our trip was extended due to the weather and I thought I had enough food. Apparently not-the staff called to make sure all was good with us and to see what they could do to help Smokey out. They had food for his liking and he was able to have dinner and breakfast.
Always offering to have us call to check in if we are gone too long if we need to see how our pup is doing while we are away.

The dogs are out of their crates most of the day socializing with other dogs while being supervised by the coaches. Everyone there is nice and great with my dog! Thank you!!
My dog has epilepsy. I feel my dog is safe after talking front desk team. They can take care of my puppy well. Manager and all team members are so awesome. I recommend 100%to my friends and family.
My pup loves to go here and always gets excited! We have been coming here for 3 yrs now and the staff is always very friendly and loving. We have used both boarding and daycare and the staff is exceptional. It gives me comfort that he is in good hands.
They are very understanding. They know how pet parents fill about their pets. I like that they facilities doesn't smell like dog. I wish the smaller dogs would go outside more on my dogs day at doggy daycare . Are do pool day during the week this year instead of on the weekends. But the services are great they have different doggy activities for your pet our dog has been going since she was 7 months old and now our dog is 2 years old 😉 Mrs. Missy love giving the dog treats when the dogs are leaving for the day that's special too. You have access to live camera feed all the time until nap and feeding time. Which is great now sometimes I do see the staffers showing more love to other dogs then to all of them. Which I don't care for. But overall this is a great daycare for your pup/dog.

We’ve been to a few Dogtopia locations, and McKinney was super welcoming and accommodating for our dog! The crew there is great and kind. Space is clean. Ruby had a blast.

Availability and lack of required attendance to be able to use you. Plus the boys obviously love being there. I’ve had zero incidents or reason to not be satisfied.
