Certain locations (Elk Grove, CA) only hires skilled experienced staff, it’s almost always a guarantee that I will get a good haircut. My hair is extremely hard to cut, I’ve been to other stores in Sacramento and every time they mess it up and Elk Grove has to fix it.

My last haircut was a week before I walked in and mentioned to Maya that I haven't had a haircut that I liked in the past five years.
She said she could fix what was done wrong to my hair; I sat in the chair, and she fixed it as best as she could. She also said that in two weeks' time, she could make it even better since it was so short from the other cut.
