Mara is personable and professional. She has a lot to manage operationally. The wait time feature is generally very helpful but when there’s a high demand for services it errors out. Hire more stylists so the ones working really hard don’t feel rushed.

Amy was quite a stylist, she made the first time experience during COVID easy., but I would recommend that during these times do not push your add-on sales. I had not had a haircut for a year, and this would have been a deal breaker. I know that add-on is part of sales, but it made me uneasy.

I always have a great experience but this one was the best so far. My stylist was super friendly and offered me the VIP treatment which I also enjoy about your business. This location was different than where I usually go and had a better experience than the other location. I would definitely come back to Sports Clips.
