Jennifer H. is a real professional, listens to client input, styles efficiently, pleasant to interact with and quite efficient.
Downside: Your online scheduling software program is less than desired. When you sign out from making an appointment, the program does not let you know if the process is complete. It drops appointments, requiring one upon arrival, to make a new onsite appointment, then waiting 1-2 hours. Not good public relations.
