First and foremost I appreciate the Sport Clips app. It is truly a convenient way to see wait times and which stylists are available (that's if you like the way a certain stylist does your cut). I personally prefer Marcela; she does a great haircut and always listens to any directions you give her. Always a great experience at Sport Clips!

I use the same stylist for each visit. She keeps a record of the way I like my hair styled and consistently provides a great result. She's friendly and makes me feel comfortable during the entire process. I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. I make sure my tip reflects that I appreciate her professionalism.

I enjoy Sports Clips because the stylists are always so friendly and I enjoy feeling pampered with the MVP. This most recent visit was with Grace and she was easy to chat with and checked in at all the right places for minor updates to my client notes. I enjoyed the conversation and as always was happy with the cut!
