Cassandra is a great stylist. Professional, skilled, and engaging. I appreciate the 'sports' motif. That and the staff are what keep me coming back. Frankly, the VIP 'Experience' is a pale comparison to the real thing (Hot Steamed Towel and Neck & Shoulder Treatment). The environment and haste with which this experience is delivered make it an uninviting option. If I wanted a massage, I'd go to a masseuse.
They care about customers and if you are not 100 happy with your haircut they do anything possible to make it better, thanks again Yolanda for being super friendly and professional.

I love the service; open on Sunday and closes at 7 pm. Beautiful establishment, nicely decorated with a sports locker room effect. Beautiful employees. Loved the complimentary V.I.P. service of shoulder massage and massage recliner for 1st timers.
