What I do not like is the computer system used for waiting time.
The stylist confirmed my haircut style. She was very friendly and apologetic about the wait. I looked up the wait times when signing in through the app. This store had a wait time of 70 minutes. This was with a full staff. Other stores had a wait time of 25 minutes or so. This shows that there is quality service at this store. If people are willing to go here and wait like I did, something is going right at this store.
