I had a great 1st experience. After checking in I waited less than 10 minutes before being called for my haircut. My stylist MaryAnn was professional and friendly. She listened as I described what kind of cut I was looking for, and offered me advice as to how we could achieve the look. My haircut came out great and I was extremely happy with it, as was my wife when I got home. It was the first time in a loooong time since my wife had commented that the she liked my haircut! MaryAnn shared with me that she also cuts womens hair. So ladies don't be shy.
Checkin is easy, waitime is minimal, (they have a TV to watch while you wait) the price is reasonable, and they sell hair products as well.

How friendly everyone is and the service
Although they were really busy I was able to get in and out in a timely fashion. I always use the online check-in so I can see what my wait time will be. The stylist was very professional and listened to the way I wanted my hair styled.
