It was very unfortunate that there was only one person working on Nov 11. He was having to greet, use the register, and do all the haircuts. That man didn't have a spare second, and there were quite a few customers waiting, myself included.
Because of this, the entire trip to Sport Clips took a LOT longer than it should have, and your employee
was not able to fully focus on each customer as he was cutting their hair.
This was the only time that I have been to Sport Clips when things were not operating smoothly and efficiently.
I think that the one associate that was working did an outstanding job, given the circumstances, but it would have been better if he had teammates to help him out.

Julio is the best in all of Tucson. High quality cuts with a smile. He takes his time so you leave there looking like a 100 dollar hair cut. It's not that the other stylists are inferior, but he sure is the best.
