Not the products or the services. I do like the mvp upgrade but it still all depends on which stylist you get. This visit I had Carolina and she was great. Cut my hair got me looking good for my dad's funeral. When I went in to the back for the shampoo and facial steam she made sure I was comfortable and didn't rush through the process. I'll be sure to request her every time I go in from now on

I was visiting Tucson and stopped into the Sports Clips to try to do something with my mop, which has become complicated from the many years of military cuts with a bald spot I've been clumsily trying to comb over. The stylist was ready with a suggestion that has worked wonders, instead of combover I have my old favorite standard buzzed sides with curls on top which apparently is the style now anyway. She even suggested sea salt spray to thicken and shape it better, which is working and gives me a new look in keeping with still being extremely fit and athletic at 70. I feel like a new man. Thank you to Samantha for the great service. I wish she could put my clip notes into your system but apparently it is not connected from Tucson (can you look into this?) even though she could see notes from previous Sports Clips elsewhere in the country. I will definitely return to Sports Clips to try to recreate the cut here in San Diego and at my Mom's in Missouri, but most especially when I visit Tucson twice a year will be a scheduled stop.

The service there was amazing. I kinda joked at the beginning when I got there and it didn’t turn out good. I meant no harm though. But the person that took care of me took over the conversation started talking and asking questions. Treated me like a king really even though I had messed up from the start. OMG Teresita was amazing. I loved the way she washed my hair massaged my scalp and neck. Used the products that I use at home and to top it off she massaged my back as well. All while I was watching the Patriots smash the Jets. Definitely my new hair cut spot!!!
