The stylist was very good and helpful, very comforting and had great customer service. Really made me feel comfortable and offered me advice and a referral to a friend of mine who is suffering from hair loss as to ways to help him have thicker hair or style his hair in a way that compliments his appearance. She did phenomenal.
Would have been a 10 apart from the long wait time, inaccurate wait time predictions, and the check in online function kicking me out or not letting me check in. The wait time is well worth it, just need to remember to bring a book with me for next time.
