I scheduled my “reservation” in the app and when I arrived ahead of time, it showed I was 3 minutes in line for my haircut. After checking in, I was then showing 17 minutes till my haircut. I was told that the app takes “reservations” and not appointments. The belittling conversation I had with the manager was frustrating because they were telling me that “reservations” are different than “appointments”. Thats ridiculous…if you’re a human. Don’t lecture me on the difference between an appointment and a reservation…those corporate talking points don’t resonate with a normal human.

Cut is sloppy and didn’t listen to instructions for closeness of cut on son’s hair.

This location was friendly from start to finish.
From the moment I walked in to being seated for an MVP service. This time I had Shanti. She was kind, sweet, and caring. She listened and took care of me every step of the way. The second she started doing her magic with my hair, I could feel that I was in the hands of a true professional. This is a rare quality to experience and only at the Kierland Sports Clips have I received this kind of care and service back to back with two different stylists. This makes me happy to return again and again, staying loyal to this location.

Appreciate being able to book a specific location and stylist online. Usually works well and accurate time to show up at location. The only glitch still is trying to book a specific stylist first thing in the AM. First you have to wait until 9:05 AM then when you got online she is booked for the next 2 hours. Second glitch is if your specific stylist comes in the afternoon; you can only book her after she drives the she is usually booked for hours. I enjoy the 64th & Greenway location and Anna . I am a regular client of hers for years. She knows exactly how my hair grows, what number shears to use, and how it grows on my neck. She is professional, courteous, and personable. Anna has many years of cutting hair. Highly recommend this location as it is a reasonable distance from my residence.
