I like the flexibility of the gym. The staff is very good about meeting the needs of the members. They don't just talk at you, they talk with you. I really love the YMCA.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

3-4 year old baseball was a little unfulfilling last time we participated. It was our second season and I believe the activities were just practice once a week. We never really played another team.

Please consider putting a bench in the universal locker room. It would be nice to have a place to sit while in that locker room.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

We like the friendly atmosphere and helpful people at the Y. Also, we have made many friends there. I have been a member since 1984. The Y is very senior-friendly, although I was a member long before I became a senior.

We love family time in the pool and basketball courts. The little ones also love the playground. Grandma loves the recumbent bike and treadmill. Mom loves all the exercise equipment.

Different group programs for all ages.
In my case for older like senior size,body pump and dance. Oh! And day camp for outside activity.

Is very organized, with activities that's help people w disabilities, motived elders, to keep seen friends, keep moving specially the water works, the equipment well I enjoy to come, make me fill happy, strong, and with good spirit, healthy....
