What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love to swim. the lap lanes are important to my mental and physical health, I am 68 and swimming has the least impact on my body while being highly a strengthing and cardio exercise, please maintain the availability and expand the use of the pool in this manner.

Friendly staff, very good selection of work-out equipment, and great location with access to walking trails.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I have not participated in any programs, but find it very easy to make Basketball court reservations and enjoy being able to see when a few other players will be on the court. The equipment is always clean and that facility is never overly packed. The maintenance staff also does a very good job of keeping the locker rooms clean.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

like the new weight equipment in the main and aux weight rooms. They have some good specialty equipment that I need for rehab of hip and just good variety for other workouts.

I think the facility is great, services offered are great, but I think the number limit to the water walking time of two is too small pool has room for up to 6 persons for this activity easily.

I hate having to do computer to obtain classes every wk. I believe older seniors dropped out due
to this. I"m 78 & have a home conputer but not every Senior does. So I miss some of my friends.
