Love all the activities and machines. However I do not like all of the guys in the red shirts standing around doing nothing. It’s creepy having them watching us workout.
You all offer hot yoga! A lot of YMCAs do not offer that. I drive all the way from Cypress to attend hot yoga taught by Alyssa. Alyssa is a great instructor and I really enjoy the class!

Clean and friendly stafg
Everything is easy to understand and use. Everyone is friendly and will help you anyway they can. And the center is family orientated. I really enjoy working out with my husband while our children have fun in other areas of the center. It's really hard to find a center that has everything in one place. I'm really enjoying my membership.

I love the instructors and diversity of classes. I also enjoy that I make a reservation for classes so I can get in!
Atmosphere, instructors and the family friendly feeling I get. Wish I didn’t have to drive 20-25 minutes to get there or my kids and husband would do more there.

We haven't been to the Y in two years due to Covid and other health issues, but continued paying our membership fee. We love the YMCA but wish you had not discontinued Silver Sneakers and Silver and Fit. We hope to get back soon.
Fantistic classes and the pool is wonderful to do laps, Teachers are great and show didfferent options to do the class.

you have a lot of paying seniors who attend many classes. make sure you do not ignore their needs.

The entire place is amazing.
The facility is clean and tidy! I haven’t had an opportunity to join in programs or activities other than my workouts. The variety, condition and number of equipment is excellent.

the heated indoor pool and the cleanliness of areas
I have been a member since the mid-1990s. I moved away a couple of times and rejoined upon my return each time. Clean, plenty of equipment, navigated through COVID exceptionally well, and super nice people.
The class I attend the most are spin classes, and I have learned to like the virtual classes. While in-person is better, the frequency of the classes is fantastic. I work from home now, and when I find a break in my schedule, I take a class.

Variety. Cleanliness of the facility. Wish you opened at 4:30 AM again. Need longer hours for the pool. Keep the “water walkers and talkers” in the west most lane so that lap swimmers can swim laps. You could 4-6 water walkers in one lane and not be congested. You’d clear up two lap lanes doing that.
I attend the 2 Forever Well classes. Good instructors.
Would like to have better AC in Schendecker (sp?) building. Currently have only one large industrial fan for whole area. Need more fans or cooling for hot months especially. These are large classes.
