Variety and availability of group ex classes through the day
I love your weight training machines and cardio equipment in the large, airy exercise room. They are so easy to use and so effective. One can really get a great workout in a very short time.

Water exercise instructors are great. Front desk people are friendly and available. Women’s licker rooms are clean. Life guards are attentive.

The outdoor pool has been a wonderful experience for my granddaughter. The lifeguards were the nicest group of young people. Being a new member, I haven’t had an opportunity to explore the entire facility plan to in the near future
The employees in the free weights area are totally awesome.

I enjoy fitness classes and pool.
In person classes, and online classes, especially the online spin classes in the spin room when no teacher available. Would like to see more in person classes mid-day for those of us who like to exercise lunchtime. Not all like to be up at the crack of dawn or during dinner hour.

I like the variety of group classes that are offered between 4 pm & 6 pm. I love the quality of instructors that teach these classes!

Great exercise room. Plenty of family activities.
So far I've mostly just used the indoor walking track and pools, but they're very nice. It's a relief to be able to work out indoors. The front desk staff are always friendly.

I have informed reception desk several times in the past couple months of small flies that have infested ladies showers. Nothing has been done. The dead ones on the walls are disgusting. Yesterday, a live cockroach was in the toilet in the shower area. Finally, please direct cleaning staff to attend women's locker room more frequently. Thanks for your help in these matters.
