Variety of classes and machines
Friendly staff. Something for everyone, though I wish there were more activities/classes for seniors than current offers. Classes are exceedingly full to the point where there are not enough chairs or equipment for all
Programs are challenging but adaptable for different abilities. There is a good selection of programs to provide for a well rounded work out experience for any given week.

Great instructors, and fun classes
Body Jam & pickleball
1) The large variety of classes offered and excellent quality of (most) instructors.
2) Friendly, helpful staff -- especially Carol at the Check-in Desk.

The zumba class on sundays is the best zumba class I've ever been to
Silver Sneakers and Forever Well activities
I have not participated in structured programs or activities
I only use the gym floor. Quite satisfied with it, though I recommend replacing the squat machine with a hack squat machine.

Having a Tai Chi class would make you guys a 10!
