What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Exercise programs and activities targeted for seniors and the wonderful staff that guide them. Kudos to Elena Dinkin for her leadership with the AOA program. I recently overheard a comment from someone that the Weekley Y was the best Y in the city and she had been to most of them.

I like the frequency of the group classes. The instructors are great.
I love the friendliness of the employees.
They are very courteous and polite.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Flexible schedule and reasonable price!
I can go anytime of the day to a yoga class and or the gym. The price is reasonable enough that I don’t feel like I’ve lost a lot of money when I miss going.
Also, I am happy to support the Y because if it’s community work, especially with children.

A wonderful place to work out. It is always clean and everyone is very nice and helpful.
And as a senior there are many activities to join.

Friendly staff. A lot of variety of programs that suit all ages, from the senior customers to little kids. Also very family-friendly.

I like Stella's BodyFlow class. I also like how clean and orderly the workout room is. The locker room is also well maintained. Thank you.

The facilities are well kept up and clean. Machines are well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful at the Weekley YMCA.

I love the exercises classes....all of them!! The teachers are fun, enthusiastic. I've been to several gyms before, but nothing compares to the quality and family-friendly atmosphere of the Y. Thank You!!!

I like the yoga classes, treadmill and bikes.

I wish there were more upright bikes available.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I didn't know about the discount for being an AARP member and when I asked the ladies at the desk didn't know anything about it. I lost a lot of money over two years.

Also I love our teachers, especially Trish, but a different one today on the Thursday class in the gym had the speakers so loud I had to leave even though she actually comes with ear plugs. Really? Just turn down the speakers.

Mostly, I enjoy the Y because of the nice people I meet and have befriended.
