Sports Clips was something I had never heard of as I am not from around here. When I moved to the Fort Smith area last year, one of my employees told me that I should check out your location at the Fort Smith Pavilion and to specifically ask for a woman named Chelsi. Upon arrival, it was very obvious why they had recommended her. She was such a congenial and warm person. Most hair dressers tend to embelish their personality to try and get you to be a repeat customer, but Chelsi was one of the first I have met in many years that made me feel right at home (I was completely unaware of the all of the different options of treatments) She told me that I would be upgraded to the MVP experience since it was my first visit and I have been a repeat customer of hers ever since. I understand that she is now the manger of the location. Great choice! I truly think she does an excellent job and is a great representation of what a person who enjoys their job and customers is. If only I could get this kind of customer service everywhere. You guys a good one here and I send everyone her way that asks about a good place to get a cut. Thanks for the oppurtunity to share my thoughts. Hopefully she'll get a pat on the back. She deserves it.

The staff was very professional the hair stylist asked " How would you like it cut?" When I told her she had no problem fulfilling my request. I will be returning for future haircuts
I appreciate that Sport Clips keep track of the settings for the clippers so that when I bring my son in, they already know how to cut his hair.

My seven year old son has sensitivity issues, he doesn't like the razor to be used. The employees are always very kind and friendly to him and give him a great scissor only haircut.

I like the products, friendliness of the associates and the atmosphere.
It's a place to get a good hair cut and shampoo. The price is a little steep especially for my kids. You charge way to much for a 2yr old to get a 5 min. hair cut.

I love everything that is offered. .... however, in my recent visit I was not given everything I paid for! I was a bit bothered by it but didn't say anything because they seemed busy and I didn't want to be a bother! Thanks for all you do!
