While it’s not always the case, it was easy to get in to get my haircut and beard trim. Chelsea did a nice job. All the stylists do a good job.

It was fast and easy. I came in with a botched pixie cut and the sports clips stylist gave me a sick fade and saved the day!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair since.
Alisa is an excellent manager, not to mention a very skilled stylist. Rarely (anymore) do I see an employee who approaches work like an owner; that is how rare Alisa is. For example, WHILE cutting my hair not only was she personable w/me she also had her eye on the business ball, to wit: she was working near the front door, she was greeting evey customer that walked in, asked each if s/he had signed in and explained about how long the wait currently was, which set manageable exptation in my mind. Morover, Alisa met that expectation! Saleswise, she upsold me to an MVP as a result of her politeness and enthusiasm for providing great custer service while actually multitasking appropriately. I love my experience with the Fort Smith Store near the airport. Friendly and timely service and even newfound marketing partners on our Monster Truck Insanity Tour events in Van Buren and Springdale. It'll take something drastic to stop me from getting the full experience beyond the haircut that I get at Sport Clips.
