The one downside is that its so hard to get in without a extended wait. Fortunately, my wait was only 15 minutes this time but it is not unheard of it for it to be greater than 45 minutes. Also, the online check in process helps when there is a wait but is confusing when there is no way.
Andra is consistently excellent in her work. The price is fair. Ability to schedule in within a 90 min window is great.
Sofia, my stylist does a great job. Though she has cut my hair several times she always clarifies I want and then nails the cut perfectly.
