Customer service in SPRINGDALE, AR.....manager keeps everything moving and orderly along with great personality. Always leave with a great haircut. New web based check-in is very convenient and easy. Need an app though that saves user settings.

I am impressed with the automosphere from Checkin until I walk out the door! Everyone is friendly and helpful, the facility is bright and clean, and the staff is competent and friendly! I won’t go anywhere else!

Sasha and the staff are great? and location is easy to get in-and-out. You still have some kinks to work out with you on-line check-in. I've had to set up a profile from scratch more than once. If there is no wait, you can not drill down to request a stylist. The concept is great and I'm sure you will get it running smoothly.
