Normally (for the past 3 years or so) I really appreciate all of the wonderful service that I receive at the location that I go to. But a couple of weeks ago when I went in the lady that cut my hair accidentally gave me a buzz cut on the top of my head. Me being in a customer service role myself said ‘hey, I understand we all make mistakes but I’d like the sides of my hair trimmed in a couple weeks on the house to make it right.’
Well I go back in this last Monday and not only did the lady that made the mistake laugh, but she also charged me full price to attempt to fix the mistake that she made. Pretty disappointed at this point. But once again I understand that people make mistakes. So I will go back in two weeks and attempt to let them make it right again. Sometimes it takes time to learn things.

I like the zero wait time. Time is a valuable subject, and waiting on services can be frustrating. I’ve never had to wait there and the haircuts are always winners for me.
