I brought my 3 year old son in to fix a home haircut situation. Jenny was so good with him and did a great job on his hair. She was so patient and sweet with him! Another stylist jumped in with the trimmers around his ears and both girls tag teamed it while keeping him totally calm! Will definitely be back!

I always get my cuts and trims at Sports Clips. However, in setting an appointment on line, I was not able to pick a stylist. I don't know why this isn't an option on line, as it is an option on the app. Anyway, it's always a good experience, but just wondered if this was a glitch or just me?

I like the set up
we have always been pleased with my sons haircut, but this time was different. the stylist did not listen to what we wanted or how it needed to be cut. we left displeased. I thought after we washed it it would look better, that was not the case. I called and talked with the assistant manager and told her. she said we could come back and get it fixed, which I could not at that time. we went back the next day and the manager fixed it. she was not happy with the way it turned out either. she asked if she could take pictures for training purposes with the stylist and I agreed. I had even informed the stylist that we had my mothers funeral to attend and she still didn't listen. my son loves going there and I love taking him, the ladies r super nice and the greatest, I just hate we had a bad experience in a very emotional time of our lives. we will continue to go there to get his hair cut as they do a good job with his triple crown.
