My kids love it! The system works for, it keeps kids motivated, while making sure they really have a grasp on the subject before moving on to the next. They also help with homework and test prep. I definitely recommend this program for all students, whether they are struggling or just to stay ahead.

Perfect math learning techniques for students. and interesting teachers teaching techniques.

We love the in-center option in a small group setting with one-on-one instruction. Such a great way for our son to stay on top of his math, review what he learned and identify any gaps. My son realized he did not remember the names of processes so the vocabulary review has been wonderful! The center provides a clean, calm environment while boosting my son’s confidence that distance learning negatively impacted. We have friends doing the virtual sessions, and they love their experience as well!

We have a situation where our son is working higher than his grade, however at his maturity level. My son has a hard time choosing who is his second favorite Mathnasium friend (the first is Neil, there is no question about that!). Instead of pushing him in ways that don't make sense, they are meeting him where he is and working with him along his personal journey. We get to hear them working with other students and we know we are not alone in this service they offer. We are grateful for the Mathnasium staff in Charlottesville and assume other locations must be as cool (if they can try)!

Our experience so far has been great!! We are excited to see how much confidence and enthusiasm Mathnasium helps to build for our elementary school aged son. He was reluctant at first but now really enjoys his sessions at Mathnasium.

We're so glad that there is finally help specific to math out there! My thirteen-year-old daughter hasn't enjoyed math for as long as I can remember. Her lack of number sense has caused her to have anxiety and low self-esteem in math class, and she got to the point where she thought she wasn't ever going to do well. So, we're happy Mathnasium decided to come to Charlottesville this summer. I thought my daughter would complain and drag her feet every time she walked through the center door, BUT her attitude couldn't be any better. The instructors always have positive attitudes and are willing to provide help when needed. They use positive, age-appropriate reinforcement to assist with achievement, and they keep the environment fun. I'm really excited to see her grow over the next year and appreciate everything Mathnasium does for her.

Our daughter consistently enjoys going to Mathnasium. She enjoys the atmosphere and continues to be motivated. We appreciate the systematic approach to ensuring she's mastered the skills she needs without wasting energy on areas she already knows. The owner as well as the instructors are kind, nice and helpful. My son enjoys the camaraderie he is establishing with them and feels a part of something. This coupled with the confidence he is receiving from doing well is worth it all.
