First and foremost your service is excellent! I've been going to SportsClips ever since my first visit years ago. I've seen the quality of the service and other customers over the years and to say I have been amazed at results each of the stylist gave each customer. This being said, I have been requesting one stylist exclusively. Her name is Maggie. I adjust my schedule to her availability. Her bubbling and professional attitude keeps me coming back. The customer service at Sports Clips is awesome! I go to Michayla at the Rogers Arkansas location and I highly recommended her; she does an awesome job and she takes her time to make sure my haircut is perfect, as well as taking a personal interest in my life.
And as a plus, the products are great! I use moisturizer from Sports Clips and it works really good.

Everything is very well maintained and clean. Everyone is very professional and polite. It's was a fast and efficient service, that I was delighted with and would definitely come back again.
We like the convenience of walking in for an appt. We think Maggie is awesome! Brylen is very particular about his hair and Maggie is the only stylist he will see. She has moved stores here in town but we will follow her!
Sport Clips over the last few years I've been very satisfied since Shae has become manager at that store, she is my personal choice since I've been coming again before I knew she is the manager she's very polite,the shampoo/conditioner she suggested for me is working very good. If this company goes by customers suggestions when I've been coming lately I see some people I've seen before maybe it's been just timing or not it looks to me that more repeat customers the more satisfied customers and good customer satisfaction might be telling 3 or 4 others and if someone isn't satisfied they will tell 10 or 15 of their friends. I've had my own businesses and I've seen that before. Shae is a good person and mgr I'd keep her and good money helps keep good employees especially full timers and top of that Management. Thanks for having Shae and hopefully keeping her.
