I received a coupon via email and I decided to take a risk and get a haircut at the Stouffville location again. The person cutting my hair turned out to be the new manager! She is way better than the previous manager (the reason I never came back)… she was very professional and knowledgeable about sports (which should have been a requirement before lol!) She has really changed the atmosphere of the hair salon and I will be going back for sure! If you’ve gone before and left due to the lack of customer service, then I highly recommend you try this place again and experience the difference for yourself! If you’ve never been there before then I would recommend you give it a try.. the MVP package is great!
