What do you like about our services?

Employees are very accessible, very courteous and it is obvious they care about your pet. I watched online and there was always cleaning going on, control of any activity that wasn't preferred and care of the animals. When there was a disagreement, the employee walked the pet around the room to get the animal out of that frame of mind. It was a very good experience and will be using them regularly.

What do you like about our services?

I really enjoyed my dogs day at Dogtopia! I have been trying to set up a place for daycamp and boarding since K9kabana closed permanently- we had been there for about 3 1/2 years. They came home from Dogtopia tired and relaxed. We enjoyed checking in on them via camera and watching them play. The staff did a great job of monitoring the dogs behavior and cleaning up after the dogs quickly. Both people I spoke with during the drop off and pickup were outgoing and open to conversation- I enjoyed talking to both of them! My pups ‘Dogtopia’ Picture is hanging on our refrigerator as my daughter was very excited about the picture!! Thank you! I purchased a day camp pass so they will be back soon!!!

What do you like about our services?

The facility is very clean. There seems to be a variety of things to do. The staff appears attentive and knowledgeable of canine behavior. Alexa is a super star, explaining everything and getting us set up. Our dogs seemed happy there.

What do you like about our services?

Great process check in and check out.
Grooming: the associates take the time necessary to completed the job. My dog does not like her nails trimmed. Dogtopia is the only place that takes the extra step to get them trimmed.

I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone that has a dog. I don’t trust anybody else to take care of my baby while I’m away. Love the staff. Very educated. Love love love!

The staff is amazing and my dog loves going there to play. I also enjoy all the fun activities they do like paw painting and photo days. It’s a great place and I would highly recommend them.

Charley has been in daycare for two days and has really enjoyed it. I like that the staff is quick to intervene when the dogs get too excited and we feel like she’s always safe when she’s there. The webcam is great and I like being able to check in on her and watch her having a blast.

We love the staff at Dogtopia!! Everyone cares about our dog, Colbie. Colbie always comes home exhausted which means that she has had plenty of playtime with the other dogs! Dogtopia is a well organized business and shows great respect for their customers and furry friends. Thanks!!
