We have been bring our pup to Dogtopia since he was 4 months old! He has loved every day there! We first looked into them because we need to find somewhere to board him while we went on vacation. I love that they have cameras in the rooms so we can watch him throughout the day. They take such great care of Benny, I have no worries that he’s getting nothing but the best care when he’s at daycare! If you even say the word daycare around him, he is whining at the door, that should say it all! Dogtopia was great for socializing Benny when he was a puppy. The Customer service here is wonderful and I love that they know us by first names and remember Benney each and every time we walk in their doors! I also love all the events and specials they have throughout the month! Benny loves Dogtopia! ❤️

Everyone was so friendly and very professional. I could tell everyone was very experienced with dogs and knee what they were doing. I am very comfortable leaving my fur baby for a day or even a week.

The employees are nice. They help me get my two dogs in and out of the vehicle. Dogtopia provides a camera in their rooms for costumers to see their dogs during their stay. If a customer wants to leave a snack, they will feed it to them. They also have an outside area for dogs to play.

Cleanliness, separation of dogs, 2 hour rest break, appropriate harness for bulldogs, spa services. Monitored outdoors

Staff is super friendly and Murphy is always excited when I pull into the parking lot. He knows he is amongst friends. Drop off and pick up is easy and the online app is great!

Dogtopia is a 2nd home to my dog Buddy. He gets so excited when I ask him if he's ready to go to School! The staff all care about his welfare and are quick to let me know if there are any issues. I love the webcams so I can look in on him whenever I want. It's always interesting to see how he acts when I'm not around. Turns out he follows his "teacher" around everywhere!

Staff is always friendly and know both my peers by name. The staff always display a genuine love for pets.

Nate and the nail clip team were amazing & helpful and my normally skittish dog was very comfy with them.

How friendly the workers are to the pets and customers.

Very friendly and AMAZING with my Jett. You guys truly made him feel welcome and I’ve never seen him react the way he did with you guys. He was very comfortable and had a great day. I am so thankful to have found a boarding/daycare for him.

I like how the dogs get so much time outside of their cage during the day. The price is also better than a lot of other places.

I know my dog LOVES going to Dogtopia. When I walk in your staff seem to love my dog, too. He is always exhausted at the end of his day with you. And I love being able to check in on him via your cell phone app while playing. I may take him for walks, but he needs the socialization with other dogs your service provides. Thank you.

I was extremely nervous to board my dog, Aspen, as she had never been boarded and we would be out of town for 8 days. During our Meet and Greet, Caroline was very attentive, reassuring, and understanding. Over the course of Aspen’s time with Dogtopia, Rick spent time talking to me on the phone to give detailed updates and appeared genuinely invested in Aspen’s wellbeing. They encouraged me to call as much as I wanted to check up on her. I valued their incredible customer service and appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond. We had a great experience.
