My kids really enjoyed going to Sylvan for tutoring. They didn't see it as a chore at all, even though it was summer holidays. The kids were very motivated to do the work when they were there. I think it was the rewards system that could have inspired them, but also the teachers were great. The sessions also greatly improved their reading and writing skills, which is what I wanted.
