I like that staff will pick up and drop off dogs at your car. Staff members seem very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Matt took the time to explain to me everything that my dog was doing during his visit. Love the cameras showing the dogs in their rooms. Facility is bright, clean, and well managed. The dogs seem happy to be there.

Clean safe easy drop off and pick up

The Meet-and-Greet person was very easy to talk to, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable leaving my puppy there for playtime. I'm very impressed with the cleanliness, and am amazed to see the growth of this franchise in a fairly short amount of time. We are enrolled in puppy training and socialization. The first class so far, was wonderful. And living close will make it convenient to drop my pup off for daycare.
