Facilities are large and the staff was very professional and passionate. I like the screening process, as it helps prevent uncomfortable situations for pets and staff. The staff was also very patient with our million questions and were very accomodating to our nervous pup. :)

I have been so incredibly impressed with Dogtopia Columbus-Dublin and the wonderful coaches who care for my pet whether it is doggy daycare and/or boarding! I felt completely at ease when I recently left my dog in their care and she clearly enjoyed being there while I was on vacation. Thank you to all the fantastic Dogtopia coaches for giving that extra special attention and making her experience a great one!

The staff really cares about my dog and recognizes she is a key part of my family. We don’t feel like we are just another customer to them, but instead like a part of their family. I am confident that my dog is safe and well-cared-for when at Dogtopia. And I love the little fun activities they do, like water play, back to school pictures, etc.

I would definitely recommend this doggy daycare and would go out of my way to continue to have my dog stay there. I’m thankful for them!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our first visit at Dogtopia, the staff were personable and kind! They took so much time and care to talk with me about their observations of my dog and educate me about dog behavior. They sat on the floor and loved on my dog. They knew the name of every dog that arrived. It was just so very clear that they love and care about their four legged clientele! And the ability to check on my boy via their webcams throughout the day is just the icing on the cake! I feel so comfortable taking my beloved boy here. He had so much fun his first day, and I am excited to take him back, knowing he will be well cared for and have fun while I am at work and unable to be with him myself.

I love watching my dog on the webcams! It's so fun seeing him make friends! The staff is always so friendly and recognizes Titan every time he comes in. "Daycare" is one of his favorite words!

From the outside in, the building is super clean, the staff have been so helpful and express a knowledge of dogs. It is comforting knowing that the staff are trained. It is also comforting to watch my fur baby on video and see his reaction. I believe we've found the right doggy day gateway.

It is very convenient! I like being able to drop my dog off on my way to work (I don't even have to get out of the car!). I have been able to call in the morning and send my dog to daycare the same day. My dog loves coming to Dogtopia and she comes home happy and exhausted!

Great customer service, it's clear everyone there really cares about the dogs. The staff is great at getting the dogs to trust them and giving praise and affection to the dogs while also being proactive in stopping unwanted behaviors.
